Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 m.-sized potatoes
- 1 small head of kohlrabi
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil or olive oil
- 1 tbsp oregano, dried
- salt and pepper
- possibly herbs, e.g. parsley, chives or basil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
deliciously spicy with oregano
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Fry them in hot oil in a pan, making sure they don’t stick or overcook. Meanwhile, peel the kohlrabi, cut it into sticks, and after about 10 minutes, add it to the pan with the potatoes. Fry everything for another 10 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, add oregano and other herbs and spices, if desired. If you like, you can make the kohlrabi and potato pan even creamier by adding cream cheese. However, this will no longer be vegan.
