Kohlrabi and Tomato Casserole

- 4 Kohlrabi
- 4 Tomatoes
- 2 Onions
- 1 Can Chopped tomatoes
- 300 ml Rama Cremefine
- 350 g Pizza meat loaf in thick slices
- 200 g Grated cheese Gouda / Emmental
- Oil
- Salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary
- Basil for garnish
- Peel, quarter and slice the kohlrabi. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Peel, halve and slice the onions. Cut the meat loaf into cubes.
- Put the oil in a pan and fry the onion slices in it. Add the chopped tomatoes and herbs. Salt and pepper and simmer for a few minutes. Finally add the Cremefine and season to taste again.
- Now brush a baking dish with oil. Add the kohlrabi slices. Then the tomato slices. Salt and pepper everything. Then the meatloaf cubes come over it and finally the onion and tomato sauce is poured over it.
- Put the casserole in the oven at 150 ° for about 50 minutes. Pour the grated cheese over it and bake again for about 15 minutes.
