Kohlrabi Carpaccio on Seasonal Summer Salad with Balsamic Mustard Dressing

For the dressing:
- 400 g Salad
- 6 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 5 drops Sweetener
- Clean the lettuce and peel the kohlrabi. Then cut the kohlrabi into wafer-thin slices. For the dressing, beat all the ingredients together and with the hand blender or whisk until it becomes nice and frothy. Spread the kohlrabi carpaccio on the plates and arrange the salad on top.
