Kohlrabi – carrot vegetables in cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cup of cream
  • Broth, instant
  • salt and pepper
  • Margarine, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop the onion and fry it in the margarine. Add the cream to the onions and simmer over low heat. Peel and chop the kohlrabi, peel and chop the same amount of carrots, and add them to the cream. Simmer until the vegetables are tender, then season with broth, salt, and pepper.
