- 1 large kohlrabi
- 1 tsp oil
- Spice mix (French fries seasoning)
- Paprika powder

Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel the kohlrabi and cut it into fries. Place the kohlrabi fries in a bowl and toss with the oil and seasoning. Then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes. Perfect for a low-carb diet.
