Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic, or more
  • rosemary
  • Salt
  • Oil (olive oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

We ate this dish with a family in Italy.

Halve the tomatoes and place them in a baking dish. Season with rosemary, garlic, and salt. Drizzle with olive oil. Then, bake in the oven at approximately 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes (time is approximate; you might need to be careful the first time to avoid burning the tomatoes).
