Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 small kohlrabi
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 125 g feta cheese
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 shot of milk, if needed
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil, garlic
  • 50 ml tomato(s), pureed

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel the kohlrabi and slice thinly. Heat water in a pot and briefly blanch the kohlrabi slices. Meanwhile, heat a little garlic oil in a pan. Peel and dice the onion. Add the onion to the pan and sauté briefly. Add the ground beef, season, and cook thoroughly. Stir the sour cream and tomato puree into the ground beef mixture, adding a little milk if necessary depending on the consistency. Now layer the kohlrabi, ground beef, feta cheese, and more kohlrabi, etc., finishing with feta cheese. Place the whole thing in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes.
