Kohlrabi, pepper and leek vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large kohlrabi or 2 small ones with some green
  • 2 large bell peppers, colored
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 300 ml water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the kohlrabi and dice it. Set the green parts aside. Wash, deseed, and finely chop the bell peppers. Wash and chop the spring onions. Sauté everything in oil. Pour in the water. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes, until the desired tenderness is reached. Season with salt and pepper.
