Kohlrabi – Rösti …

The perfect kohlrabi – rösti … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 175 g Kohlrabi fresh
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Grated cheese
  • 4 Walnut kernels
  • Pepper and salt
  • Chilli flakes
  • Sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon Natural yogurt 0.1%
  • 1 teaspoon Sour cream
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice
  • Walnuts
  • Mint leaves
  1. Peel, wash and roughly grate the kohlrabi. Roughly chop the nuts. Mix the kohlrabi well with the egg, cheese and nuts. Season with salt and pepper. Grind the chilli flakes over it. Subsets.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the hash browns on both sides.
  3. Mix the yogurt with sour cream and lemon juice.
  4. Remove excess fat from the hash browns on paper towels. Arrange on a plate with the dip. Garnish with walnuts and mint.
