Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 2 tbsp walnut oil
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

quick and easy

Peel the kohlrabi, halve it, and cut it into very fine strips. Segment the orange, reserving the juice. Mix the lemon juice, orange juice, honey, oil, and spices into a sauce and mix it with the strips and strips. Let it stand for 5 minutes and serve. Tastes deliciously fresh!
