Kohlrabi Vegetables with Bratwurst and Cape

Ingredients
 

For the kohlrabi vegetables

  • 2 Kohlrabi
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp Ptersilie
  • Salt
  • Nutmeg

For the sausages

  • 4 Sausages
  • 1 Onion
  • Oil

For the mashed potatoes

  • 800 g Potatoes
  • Vegetable broth
  • 1 piece Butter
  • 1 shot Milk
  • Salt
  • Nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • For the kohlrabi, peel the kohlrabi, cut into slices and then into strips, cook in the vegetable stock and drain. Add the cream, parsley and butter, stir the flour in the milk until smooth, also add to the kohlrabi, bring everything to a boil again and season with salt and nutmeg.
  • For the mashed potatoes, peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and cook them in the vegetable stock, drain the potatoes, add the butter and milk, mash them into a hood with a potato masher and season with salt and nutmeg.
  • Fry the sausages in oil on all sides until they are brown, peel the onions, cut into rings and sauté them in the oil.
  • Serve the kohlrabi vegetables with the hood, onion rings and sausages.
