- 1 Kohlrabi with green
- 1 kl. Onion, red
- 1 tsp, go. Capers
- 0,5 tsp Salt herbs: basil
- 50 ml Lamb stock
- Olive oil
- Black pepper from the mill
- Roughly cut the kohlrabi into cubes. Cut the small leaves into strips.
- Cut the onion into quarter rings. Chop the capers.
- I used to make salt herbs a long time ago. Different mixes and also solo. They’ll last for years in the fridge.
- Briefly fry the onion and kohlrabi in olive oil. Then deglaze with lamb stock, if possible your own, and add the spices.
- Steam until the kohlrabi has the desired bite.
