  • 3 piece Potatoes
  • 1 Carrot
  • Leek, parsley, salt, pepper, a little cremefino, white wine
  • 1 Vegetable soup cubes
  • 1 Onion
  • Some olive oil
  1. Dice the vegetables and roast everything in a little olive oil in a pan. Pour some white wine, water and vegetable soup cubes on top with salt and pepper to taste.
