Kohlrabicarpaccio with Yogurt Sauce

The perfect kohlrabicarpaccio with yogurt sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Yogurt sauce

  • 2 tablespoon Yogurt
  • 0,5 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil fruity
  • 1 teaspoon Hot paprika powder
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Arugula

  • 0,5 Yellow pepper
  1. Peel a small kohlrabi and slice it into thin slices. Place 6 slices each on a plate and season with pepper. Brush with yogurt sauce. Continue until the kohlrabi and sauce are used up. Finish with the kohlrabi.

Yogurt sauce

  1. Mix the yogurt with the garlic, olive oil, garlic and paprika powder. Chop a handful of rocket and add to the yoghurt. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
