Kohlrabicarpaccio with Yogurt Sauce
The perfect kohlrabicarpaccio with yogurt sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Yogurt sauce
- 2 tablespoon Yogurt
- 0,5 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil fruity
- 1 teaspoon Hot paprika powder
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Arugula

- 0,5 Yellow pepper
- Peel a small kohlrabi and slice it into thin slices. Place 6 slices each on a plate and season with pepper. Brush with yogurt sauce. Continue until the kohlrabi and sauce are used up. Finish with the kohlrabi.
Yogurt sauce
- Mix the yogurt with the garlic, olive oil, garlic and paprika powder. Chop a handful of rocket and add to the yoghurt. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
