Ingredients
 

  • 100 ml Yogurt
  • 50 ml Remoulade
  • 30 ml Orange juice
  • 20 ml Milk 1.5%
  • 1 tbsp Grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Topping:

  • 2 tsp Turmeric [saffron works too]
  • 4 tsp Curry spice mix
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Dill
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Mustard

Instructions
 

Salad dressing:

  • Mix all ingredients cold, then sprinkle the herbs and spices over the top again and fold in with a spoon. Now pour the contents into a watering container and let it steep for about 5 minutes, store in a cool place until consumption.
