Yellow Yogurt Tartar Sauce Salad Cream

- 100 ml Yogurt
- 50 ml Remoulade
- 30 ml Orange juice
- 20 ml Milk 1.5%
- 1 tbsp Grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Topping:
- 2 tsp Turmeric [saffron works too]
- 4 tsp Curry spice mix
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 1 tsp Dill
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Mustard
Salad dressing:
- Mix all ingredients cold, then sprinkle the herbs and spices over the top again and fold in with a spoon. Now pour the contents into a watering container and let it steep for about 5 minutes, store in a cool place until consumption.
