Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g potatoes, coarsely grated
- 125 g bacon, finely diced
- 2 onions, diced
- 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
- 2 eggs
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 50 g flour
- Oil for frying
- ½ bunch parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Squeeze the potatoes thoroughly in a clean cloth and then place them in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients one at a time and mix well. Season. Heat the oil in a large pan and gradually cook the potato mixture into 4 pancakes, each about 1 cm thick. Serve with a green salad.
