Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g tomatoes, yellow and orange
- 250 g tomatoes, red
- 2 cocktail tomatoes, yellow
- 2 cocktail tomatoes, red
- 3 basil leaves, cut into fine strips
- herbal salt
- Pepper, freshly ground

Boil the tomatoes (cut the tomatoes into smaller pieces) separately in pots, simmer for about 10 minutes, and then pass each through a sieve. Season with herb salt and pepper. The soup is delicious hot or cold. If you want to serve the soup hot, please reheat it separately. Then, at the same time, ladle each of the tomatoes onto a plate, so that one half looks yellow/orange and the other half red on the plate. Cut the cocktail tomatoes into small pieces, placing the red ones on the yellow/orange side and the yellow ones on the red side. Finally, garnish with the basil. It’s very quick to prepare if you’ve made your own tomato puree beforehand.
