Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g tomatoes, very ripe
- 120 g bell pepper(s), if possible, in different colors
- 100 g chickpeas, from the can
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground for seasoning
- 4 basil leaves, for garnish
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions

with chickpeas
Remove the stems from the tomatoes, cut into smaller pieces, and crush with a hand blender. Strain through a sieve. Deseed the peppers and dice them. Combine everything in a bowl, season generously with salt and pepper, and add the chickpeas. Finely slice the basil leaves and scatter them over the top. Finally, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
