Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 70 g red bell pepper(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 3 tbsp oat flakes (melted flakes)
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp maple syrup
- some herbal salt
- chili powder
- Pepper, freshly ground
Instructions

Peel the garlic and chop it lightly. Remove the seeds and light-colored cores from the bell pepper and cut it into smaller pieces. Place the bell pepper and garlic in a food processor and chop thoroughly. Season with herb salt, chili powder, and pepper. Add the maple syrup, olive oil, and 3 tablespoons of instant flakes and continue chopping until a creamy mixture forms. Depending on the moisture content of the bell pepper, you may need to add another 1 teaspoon of instant flakes. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. The spread will keep in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
