Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg minced turkey (breast)
  • 15 g soy granules, fine
  • 45 ml water, hot
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp mustard, hot
  • 3 tsp curry powder, hot
  • 3 tsp curry powder, mild
  • 2 tbsp mustard seeds
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • Olive oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

SIS compatible

First, soak the soy granules in hot water. Once they’ve cooled slightly, add the egg, mustard, curry powder, sesame seeds, and mustard seeds. Season generously with chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Add the ground turkey and mix thoroughly. Form into approximately 18 meatballs and fry in a pan with olive oil.
