Kukurutz Pot
The perfect kukurutz pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Diced onion
- 2 Chopped garlic
- 600 g Cabanossi
- 1 Can Skinned tomatoes
- 2 Red pepper
- 1 Can Corn
- Sea salt from the mill
- Pepper from the grinder
- Sweet paprika powder
Aside from that:
- Sour cream
- Sweet paprika powder
- Baguette
- Sauté the diced onions together with the chopped garlic in the hot oil until translucent, add the sliced Cabanossi sausages and fry briefly.
- Deglaze with the juice of the peeled tomatoes, chop the tomatoes and add.
- Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips and add to the soup along with the well rinsed corn.
- Let simmer until the pepper pieces are still firm to the bite, season to taste and serve with baguette and sour cream.
