Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 300 g sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 200 g almond(s), ground
  • 100 g chocolate, block chocolate (ground/grated)
  • 125 g flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 shot of rum, Strohrum
  • 300 g chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Tyrolean nut cake

Cream the butter until fluffy, then add the sugar, eggs, flour, and the remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased springform pan and bake at 200°C for approximately 45-50 minutes. Allow the cake to cool. Cover with chocolate coating and decorate as desired.
