Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g chickpea flour
  • 400 g butter
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • n. B. Almond(s), ground
  • n. B. Desiccated coconut
  • e.g. cinnamon
  • e.g. cardamom powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Toast the chickpea flour and butter for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, add powdered sugar, desiccated coconut, and almonds to taste. Season with cinnamon and cardamom and mix well. Spread onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let cool. Cut into small pieces.
