Lamb chops with lemon and rosemary sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 250 ml olive oil
  • 4 sprigs rosemary, fresh
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Rinse the lamb chops, heat a little olive oil in a pan, season the meat with salt and pepper, place it in the pan, and sear briefly on both sides. While cooking, add two sprigs of rosemary to the pan for flavor. To prepare the sauce, place the remaining olive oil, the juice of one lemon, and the needles from the two remaining rosemary sprigs in a tall bowl and blend with a hand blender. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Serve the lamb chops piping hot, straight from the pan, with the refreshing lemon and rosemary sauce.
