Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg garlic clove(s)
- 330 ml herbal vinegar
- 330 ml oil
- 330 ml rum (Bacardi)
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp herbs de Provence
- 2 tbsp curry
- 5 small chili peppers
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Bring all ingredients—except the garlic—to a boil. Then add the garlic cloves and cook for 5 minutes. While still hot, pour into jars. It’ll be edible after about 5 days.
