Pickled garlic with Bacardi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg garlic clove(s)
  • 330 ml herbal vinegar
  • 330 ml oil
  • 330 ml rum (Bacardi)
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp herbs de Provence
  • 2 tbsp curry
  • 5 small chili peppers

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Bring all ingredients—except the garlic—to a boil. Then add the garlic cloves and cook for 5 minutes. While still hot, pour into jars. It’ll be edible after about 5 days.
