Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber
- 4 Fresh tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1,5 tsp Dried mint
- 1 tsp Hot paprika powder
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1,5 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash the cucumber and cut into slices approx. 0.5 cm thick with the skin, then quarter the slices to form the cube. Wash the tomatoes and also cut into cubes, cut the onions into small cubes. Put everything in a bowl and mix a little , now add the dried mint, cumin, salt, paprika powder, oil and lemon juice. Stir vigorously so that everything mixes well and let it sit for a few hours in the refrigerator, then the salad tastes even better. Super suitable as a side dish or solo but for 2 people.
