Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g lamb’s lettuce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Maggi
  • 1 tsp, heaped mustard, medium hot
  • some curry powder
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil or rapeseed oil
  • 3 tbsp natural yogurt (0.1% fat)
  • 1 slice(s) of toast
  • 4 tbsp bacon, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash and trim the lamb’s lettuce. Mix salt, Maggi, mustard, curry powder, pepper, vinegar, oil, and yogurt into a sauce. Toss the trimmed lettuce with the marinade. Cut the toasted slice of bread into cubes. Brown it with the bacon in a small pan and scatter it over the salad.
