Apple – cheese – salad

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 50 ml apple juice
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce, sweet and spicy
  • 1 tsp liquid honey
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 30 g sunflower seeds
  • 125 g cheese (Gouda or other mild cheese)
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 2 apples
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix lemon juice, apple juice, chili sauce, honey, salt, cayenne pepper, oregano, and rapeseed oil. Roast the sunflower seeds in a dry pan. Chop the cheese and vegetables. Core and chop the apples. Mix everything together and let it sit for a while.
