Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 2 grapefruit(s), pink
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • n. B. Honey
  • 1 handful of walnuts, roughly chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with pink grapefruit

Wash the lamb’s lettuce and spin dry. Segment the grapefruit. Tear the lamb’s lettuce into small pieces if it’s too large and arrange on a salad plate. Arrange the grapefruit segments on top and sprinkle with the chopped walnuts. Bring the balsamic vinegar to a boil in a pan, add the honey, and simmer until creamy. Sprinkle over the salad and serve.
