Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp wine (Moscatel)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 handful of walnuts, chopped, roasted
  • 1 handful of cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 400 g lamb’s lettuce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the dressing ingredients in a salad bowl. Then add the lettuce, cheese, and nuts. Mix well. You can choose the cheese according to your taste. Walnuts can also be replaced with pine nuts.
