Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g lamb’s lettuce
- 1 banana(s), ripe
- 1 half orange(s)
- 1 m.-sized apple, sweet
- 50 g wild berries, frozen
- 50 g grapes, green
- some water, still
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with fruit
Cut the banana and apple into pieces. Place them in a smoothie maker or food processor with a smoothie attachment along with the berry mixture, grapes, and segmented orange, and blend. Gradually add the lamb’s lettuce and continue blending. If the smoothie is too thick, add water.
