Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g lamb’s lettuce, fresh
  • 1 apple
  • 1 handful of sunflower seeds
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Balsamic cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Fresh, sweet and sour salad

First, thoroughly wash the lamb’s lettuce and cut the apple into small cubes, strips, or squares. Then, place the apple pieces, lettuce, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl. Mix together a vinaigrette of oil, balsamic vinegar, balsamic cream, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar and drizzle over the salad.
