Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 160 g spelt flour
- 100 g margarine, vegan
- 60 g brown sugar
- 2 cm ginger or other spices
- ½ pack of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes
Combine margarine with sugar and add ginger or other spices, for example. Gradually add flour and baking powder and mix with a hand mixer until combined. Form small balls (about the size of a walnut) and flatten with your hand to about 1 cm wide. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 12-15 minutes. The cookies will still be a little soft when removed, but will harden afterward.
