  • some salt and pepper

Combine the oil with balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and broth to make a dressing. Thinly slice the black walnuts. Spread the salad evenly on a plate and drizzle with a little dressing. Scatter the nut slices over the salad and serve. If you like, you can garnish the salad with some good goat cheese.
