Lamb's lettuce with cranberry-orange dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 80 g wild cranberries from the jar
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the lamb’s lettuce. Mix all the dressing ingredients together and add to the lamb’s lettuce. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
