Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g bacon
- 1 tbsp oil
- 50 ml balsamic vinegar
- 250 ml cream
- ½ clove(s) garlic
- pepper
- nutmeg
- lamb’s lettuce
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes
Dice the bacon and fry in oil. Deglaze with the vinegar and bring to a boil briefly. Add the cream and the crushed garlic. Season with pepper and nutmeg. Simmer gently for 10 minutes. Let the sauce cool for 10 minutes before drizzling the salad with the dressing.
