Lamb's lettuce with mango and chicken breast

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 tbsp mustard (medium hot)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pack of herbs (8 herbs, frozen)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with honey-mustard dressing

Brown the chicken breast and cut into small strips. I prefer frozen, as they already contain their 8% liquid seasoning. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into pieces or strips, as desired. Wash the lamb’s lettuce and drain well; otherwise, skip the 1 tablespoon of water. For the dressing: Simply mix everything in a bowl until smooth. Finally, add the package of 8 herbs. I recommend serving with ciabatta bread.
