Lamb's lettuce with orange dressing and walnuts

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 orange(s)
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp oil (walnut oil)
  • herbal salt
  • pepper
  • cane sugar
  • some walnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and trim the lettuce. Segment the oranges, reserving the juice. Squeeze the lemon, peel, and dice the onion. Combine the orange juice, lemon juice, diced onion, olive oil, and walnut oil in a bowl. Blend everything with a hand blender until smooth. Season to taste with herb salt, pepper, and raw cane sugar. Add a small dash of orange juice, if desired. Arrange the lamb’s lettuce, orange segments, and walnuts attractively on plates and drizzle with the orange dressing.
