Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g lamb’s lettuce
- 2 tbsp vinegar (orange vinegar)
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion(s), red
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 oranges

Trim the lamb’s lettuce, trim the small roots, and wash the lettuce thoroughly. Whisk the orange vinegar into the oil, season with sugar, salt, and pepper. Finely dice the red onion and stir in. Fillet the oranges, reserving the juice and adding it to the marinade. Season the marinade again. Divide the lamb’s lettuce among plates, drizzle with the marinade, and arrange the finely chopped orange segments on top.
