Lamb's lettuce with pears, walnuts and Brie

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 3 bulb(s)
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 100 g cheese (Brie)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and drain the lamb’s lettuce. Peel the pears and slice them into thin wedges. Roughly chop the walnuts with your hands and place them in a large bowl with the pears and lamb’s lettuce. Cut the Brie into very thin slices and garnish the salad. For the dressing, heat the honey and vinegar in a saucepan until foaming. Add the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Depending on the intensity, you may need more or less vinegar. Drizzle the dressing over the lamb’s lettuce.
