Prepared from AZ in the microwave
I always make this dish in the UltraPlus 3l or Microplus 2.25l from Tupperware. It can, of course, also be prepared in any other microwave-safe bowl with a lid. Place the bacon in the lid and cook uncovered for 2-3 minutes at 600 watts. Pour 1 liter of boiling water from the kettle into the bowl, add oil and salt. Add the spaghetti and stir. Boil for 3 minutes at 600 watts, then let it swell for about 15 minutes at 360 watts (each time with the lid on). Meanwhile, mix the eggs with the cream, spices, and cheese. Add the bacon to the mixture. Drain the spaghetti in a sieve and return it to the bowl. Stir in the egg mixture, put the lid on, and heat again for 2-3 minutes at 360 watts, stirring twice. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
