Lamb's lettuce with potato dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 ½ tsp mustard (Dijon)
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 potatoes, boiled, hot
  • 1 pack of lamb’s lettuce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk together the Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, vegetable oil, and olive oil. Mash the hot potatoes with a fork and stir into the dressing. Then pour the dressing over the lamb’s lettuce. Note: The dressing should still be warm when serving! If desired, garnish the lamb’s lettuce with fresh mushrooms, chopped onions, walnuts, or fried bacon bits.
