Lamb's lettuce with pumpkin seed oil and cranberry crema balsamic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 apple, sour
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seed oil with pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Crema di Balsamic vinegar (cranberry)
  • 1 tbsp herb vinegar
  • 1 tbsp, chopped parsley, flat
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the lamb’s lettuce and remove the stems and roots. Peel the apple and cut it into very small pieces. Finely chop the parsley. Mix a dressing of pumpkin seed oil with pumpkin seeds, herb vinegar, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Add the apples and parsley. Season with salt and pepper, adjust seasoning to taste, and finally add the lamb’s lettuce.
