Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 serving of lamb’s lettuce
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 30 g Parmesan
- 30 g pine nuts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, dark
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt
- pepper
- Herbs of Provence
- lemon juice

a simple yet special salad
Fry the pine nuts, not on the highest heat, and stir frequently to prevent them from turning black. Meanwhile, wash the lamb’s lettuce, remove the stems, and arrange on a plate. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and add them. Mix the dressing ingredients well. Pour the dressing over the salad, then slice or shave the Parmesan cheese into very thin strips and place on the salad plate. Finally, top with the fried pine nuts.
