Lamb's lettuce with soft-boiled egg

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 package of lamb’s lettuce
  • oil
  • Maggi
  • lemon juice
  • Sweetener, liquid
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • herbs (7 herbs), frozen
  • Basil, dried
  • Sunflower seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the lamb’s lettuce and pick off the stalks, keeping only the attractive leaves and letting them drain. For the dressing, whisk the oil with a little lemon juice in a bowl and season with Maggi, salt, pepper, 7-herb seasoning, a little dried basil, and a dash of sweetener. Boil the eggs until soft-boiled. Mix the lamb’s lettuce with the dressing, sprinkle the sunflower seeds and a little more lemon juice over the salad, and mix well. Peel the eggs. Divide the lettuce into serving bowls, place an egg in the center of each, and pierce it so the yolk runs over the lettuce.
