Lamb's lettuce with tomatoes and fried asparagus

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g asparagus, white
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 100 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 bag(s) of ready-made salad dressing mix
  • some oil
  • salt and pepper
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash, peel, and slice the asparagus. Heat the oil and fry the asparagus for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, a little sugar, and the balsamic vinegar. Clean the lamb’s lettuce and wash and cut the tomatoes into eighths. Dice the feta cheese and mix with the lettuce and tomatoes. Mix a vinaigrette (using the ready-made mix) and toss it with the salad. Transfer the salad to a large bowl and place the asparagus on top. Serve with fried fish fillet and potato croquettes.
