Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 280 g sugar
- 3 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 pkt. Vanilla extract, liquid, Bourbon
- 4 drops of rum flavoring or butter vanilla flavoring
- 4 eggs
- 200 g butter
- 200 ml sour cream
- 1 tbsp instant coffee powder (cappuccino powder)
- 2 tsp cocoa powder

Cream the butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar, vanilla extract, and flavoring until fluffy, then gradually beat in the eggs. Sift the flour with the baking powder and baking soda, then briefly stir in the flour alternately with the cream. Pour half of the batter into a second bowl; stir the cappuccino powder and cocoa powder into one half. First, pour the dark batter into a greased and floured loaf pan, then spread the light batter on top. Spiral the batter with a fork to create a marbled pattern. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 60 minutes.
