Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cream (whipping cream, sweet cream)
- 1 liter of milk
- ½ tsp salt
- 150 g butter
- 100 g raisins
- 50 g sugar
- some cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Make a firm pasta dough from flour, eggs, and salt. Then grate it with a grater or chop it with a knife. Allow it to dry slightly. Meanwhile, bring the milk, cream, salt, and butter to a boil in a saucepan. Then stir in the grated dough and simmer, covered, over low heat for one hour. After about half an hour, stir in the raisins and half the sugar with a fork. The mush is ready when there is no more liquid. It will be moist, but not sticky. Serve on plates. Mix the remaining sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle it over the mush. Tip: You can also omit the raisins, but I think it tastes better this way.
