Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 spring onions
- 200 g mushrooms, brown
- 1 Chinese cabbage
- 1 spicy chorizo (approx. 250 g)
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 100 g herb cream cheese
- 200 g herb cheese spread
- 12 lasagna sheets
- 200 g grated cheese (e.g. Gouda)
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. paprika powder
- e.g. cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
Peel and finely chop the garlic, slice the spring onions into rings. Clean the mushrooms, rinse the Chinese cabbage, and cut both into strips. Heat a high-sided frying pan. Dice the chorizo and fry in the pan over high heat for about 1 minute. Add the mushrooms, Chinese cabbage, garlic, and spring onions and fry for 3-4 minutes. Deglaze with vegetable stock, then stir in the crème fraîche, cream cheese, and processed cheese. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). In a large baking dish, alternate layers of sauce and lasagna sheets, then top with the sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a hot oven for 45 minutes.
