Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g minced meat
  • 1 can/n tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 8 lasagna sheets
  • 2 small cherry tomatoes, for decoration
  • mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • basil
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

First, peel and dice the onions. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the minced meat, stirring constantly, then add the onions for the last 5 minutes. Once the minced meat has browned slightly, add the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, and basil. Turn off the heat and let it stand for a while. Preheat the oven. Grease a square baking dish and pour in some of the sauce. Place one lasagna noodle on top, then more sauce (the lasagna sheets must be well covered). Cover everything with crème fraîche, then more sauce, pasta, etc. The last layer should be sauce. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake at 250°C until the cheese is browned (about 30 minutes). Garnish the small cherry tomatoes with mayonnaise and place them on top of the lasagna as a decoration.
